ROLE OVERVIEW
- Analyzes eCommerce data and provides insights on performance shifts in customer preference shopping behavior and the impact of promotions.
- Manages inclusion of business units data in the eCommerce dashboard.
- Plans executes and evaluates ecommerce performance marketing initiatives. Manage and monitor business units eCommerce budget.
- Manages assigned portfolio brand and platform-led campaigns on eCommerce platforms.
- Optimizes eCommerce digital shelf and product details page.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Business or any relevant course
- With 2-4 years of combined experience in eCommerce analytics performance marketing and category management preferably on platforms such as Lazada Shopee and TikTok
- Has strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must have strong understanding of the eCommerce industry
