Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Manager or potential AGM to oversee our restaurant operations.

The Manager or Potential AGM will be responsible for a wide range of duties including but not limited to:
* Managing daily operations including cleanliness organization revenue opportunities and staffing.
* Ensuring exceptional guest service and setting high standards for all employees.
* Training coaching and developing all front-of-house employees through ongoing feedback and performance expectations.
* Ability to conduct payroll inventory ordering and invoicing.
* Managing Tripleseat/events booking and customer relations.
* Utilizing software such as Craftable QuickBooks (QB) ADP Toast and Canva.
* Handling staff scheduling onboarding and interviewing.
* Managing social media and maintaining spreadsheets.
* Ensuring the restaurant and bar are in complete compliance with all local including DOH requirements.
* Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
* Organizing and supervising shifts for kitchen waiting and cleaning staff.
* Maintaining high standards of quality control hygiene and health and safety.
* Managing inventory Cost of Goods Sold and actively working to increase sales.
* Focusing on the quality of service quality of product and staff quality of life.
* Building and maintaining positive neighborhood relations.
* Demonstrating strong knowledge of cocktails spirits and beer.

Key competencies and skills required include:
* Proven experience as a Manager or AGM with exceptional restaurant management abilities.
* Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and monitor progress.
* Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
* Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends.
* Proficiency in relevant computer programs (e.g. MS Office restaurant management software POS).
* Credentials in health and safety training.
* Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
