- You are the Property Inspector!
- Take charge of maintaining the communitys overall appearance ensuring that common areas and amenities are irresistibly inviting!
- Conduct routine inspections and take a proactive approach to maintain a safe comfortable and worry-free environment for everyone!

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:
- 3-4 years of experience in apartment home repair with advanced knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry and appliance repair.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
- EPA and HVAC certifications are required.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.
- Excellent customer service and a positive resident experience focused mentality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be on-call for emergencies.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Valid drivers license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
