Due to rapid growth 5WPR is nowhiring an Associate Vice President in our Consumer Department. The Associate Vice President will serve assenior contact for clients demonstrating in-depth knowledge of clientsbusiness and provide specialized AVP will develop strategyfor implementing successful client programs as well as focus on garnering newbusiness.

DUTIES:

assenior contact for clients continually fostering client-agency relationship tobuild trust and become a valuable resource and counselor to clients.

guidance to clients on an ongoing basis; anticipate and addressclient needs.

problems as they arise; seek senior management input when appropriate.

delegate responsibilities of daily workflow of 20 accounts while drivingconsistent media results.

supervise work responsibilities of staff.

aleadership role in new business proposal development and presentations; workwith account teams to build incremental business.

team(s) work effectively and in the best interests of client(s);maximize agencys network of resources to enhance client services.

in writing and editing materials including client media materialsbyline articles client correspondence and reports.

financials including budget allocation and control ensuring teambillability and account profitability.

members by promptly reviewing work and providing constructive feedback.

communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate ideas toclients colleagues and others.

external company promotion through articles speeches presentationsprofessional memberships etc.

tobuild a leadership role in outside organizations to increase 5Ws visibility inmarketplace and create new business opportunities.

TECHNICALSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

1. B.S/ Public Relations or related field

2.At least 6years of PR agency experience a must!!

3. Excellentwritten verbal and interpersonal skills
