- Technical Guidance & Architecture:
- Providing guidance and expertise in front-end development steering the team towards sound architectural decisions effective code reviews and the implementation of best practices to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.
- Clean Code & Modern Technologies:
- Demonstrating leadership through the creation of clean efficient and well-documented code using contemporary front-end technologies like HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6) and popular frameworks such as and .
- Performance Optimization:
- Employing advanced strategies such as code splitting lazy loading caching and browser rendering optimization to enhance front-end performance resulting in swift and responsive user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborating closely with product managers designers and backend engineers to comprehend project requirements devise technical solutions and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Promoting the adoption of robust testing methodologies such as unit testing integration testing and end-to-end testing to uphold the dependability and stability of front-end components.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

- Educational & Experience Requirements
- Must have a Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any) or a related field plus one (1) year of IT experience.
- One (1) year of IT experience must include experience in and JavaScript.
- In the alternative we will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any) or a related field plus five (5) years of progressive experience.
- One (1) year of the five (5) years of progressive experience must include experience with and JavaScript.
- We will accept any suitable combination of education training or experience. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
