Job Summary

Overview

HarperCollins Publishers is currently seeking an intern to join our International Sales team this Summer. International Sales is responsible for sales of HarperCollins titles (Adult and Childrens Print and Digital) in all markets outside of the US. Its a great opportunity to work with booksellers around the world and our Affiliate offices in the UK Australia New Zealand and India.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Sales Managers to:
    • Develop customized pitches for accounts
    • Curate title lists for seasonal presentations
  • Reviews sales data and creates title/category/customer/channel performance reports.
  • Performs ad hoc sales tasks within Microsoft Office programs as needed.
  • Attends various internal/external meetings and circulate notes

Qualifications

  • Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2026 or 2027 are eligible for this internship; open to rising seniors recent graduates masters students or entry level candidates with up to two years of work experience.
  • Candidates must be available to work 28 hours per week Monday through Thursday from June 8 to August 13 2026 at our New York City office. This internship is compensated at a rate of $18 per hour.
