Main tasks
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and presentation skills effectively delivering comprehensive training sessions tailored for optometrists and ophthalmologists to enhance their understanding of myopia management lenses.
- Expertise in ZEISS myopia management lenses portfolio and related products with a deep knowledge of product features benefits and competitive positioning to support customer development.
- Strategically collaborate with the sales team to facilitate clinic development identify customer needsand ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Guide customers in lens selection fitting and troubleshooting ensuring exceptional patient outcomesand satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing clinical support and troubleshooting assistance maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring high service standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends clinical guidelines and best practices leveraging insights to advance customer engagement and support evidence-based myopia management strategies.
Education
- Bachelors degree or above
Experience
- Background in the optical industry or ophthalmic (clinical) field is preferred.
- Professional knowledge of myopia management products.
Other skills
- Results-oriented and a good team player.
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel PowerPoint and Word).
