Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Global Immigration Operations to join our Global Immigration team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing fast-paced immigration programs with a strong preference for those with in-depth knowledge of Taiwan immigration processes. This role focuses on operational excellence data-driven program enhancements and stakeholder management to ensure efficient and compliant processes across our global organization. The candidate will be based in Taiwan.

What You Will Do:

Manage day-to-day operations of the global immigration program (including case initiations and initial documents collation) with a focus on Taiwan
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high-quality service delivery
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current operational workflows and propose practical solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on immigration matters
Provide expert guidance on complex immigration cases and policy interpretations
Ensure compliance with global immigration laws and regulations with a particular focus on the Taiwan immigration program
Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and assess their impact on operations
Conduct regular audits of immigration processes and documentation to mitigate risks
Collaborate with vendors to implement process improvements and technology solutions
Create and maintain documentation of operational procedures and best practices
Responsible for maintaining and tailoring reports as required

Basic Qualifications

Extensive experience in APAC immigration program management with a strong preference for candidates with significant Taiwan immigration expertise
Proven track record in operational process improvement and service delivery enhancement
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience resolving urgent issues with a strong sense of accountability and judgment
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple complex projects and tasks tracking key dates and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

Solid experience in Project Management
