What we are looking for / Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Agile Analyst to join our team and drive innovation in HR operational systems. This role combines expertise in agile methodologies with a solid understanding of HR processes enabling the design delivery and continuous evolution of impactful digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities / Deliverables
- Ensure timely delivery of all assigned deliverables.
- Independently facilitate refinement sessions with stakeholders and key users.
- Translate conceptual requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Define and review requirements ensuring alignment among all stakeholders.
- Identify business needs and contribute to the design of new applications or the enhancement of existing ones.
- Define acceptance criteria and validate the quality of user testing.
- Analyze and monitor business processes ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Actively participate in transformational projects and foster continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update operational procedures.
- Interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Must-Have Requirements /Must be clearly listed on your CV
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Systems Management or a related field.
- Proven experience with Agile / Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Functional knowledge of HR processes.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira Confluence and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactivity initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Solid understanding of agile methodology applied to HR operational systems and applications.
- Language proficiency: English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAS and SAP / SAP SuccessFactors.
- Additional language skills: Portuguese and/or Spanish.
