Role description:
- Mid-level professional working as an integrated member of the delivery team supporting the collection and analysis of data the development of design solutions and documenting thefindings.
- Act as a project resource carrying out tasks as required by the Team Manager/Task Manager/Senior Architect
- Knowledgeable and dependent person on the project
Role accountabilities:
- Well organized detail oriented good at communicating ideas and information and willing to work on a variety of project types through various phases.
- Perform role in accordance with Arcadis behavioralframework.
- Must be able to meet the challenges of fast paced projects and anticipate job expectations.
- Act as a project resource completing allocated activities to meet budget timeframe and quality objectives and meeting orexceeding clientexpectations.
- Review own work to ensure that it meets specified standards before checking byothers
- Take responsibility for own safety and understand Arcadis Health and SafetyPrinciples
- Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the integrity of project interfaces
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in an architecture related discipline
- Achieved Licensed status orequivalent
- Proficient in Design Autocad and Revit Architecture
- Minimum 4 years of experience in architecture design works
- Competent in design and planning skills relevant to the area of work and awareness of related disciplines
- Intermediate to advanced Bim technical drafting and modelling skills (Revit and Autocad)
- Experience in Industrial Manufacturing Data Center Process Engineering Pharmaceutical project is a plus.
- Experience in life sciences and semiconductor project is an advantage
- Experience in other disciplines like Urban Design Landscape and Graphics Design is a plus.
- Experience in 3d visualizations or rendering.
