Job Summary

Senior AI Engineer Telecom & Cloud Oracle

Were seeking a proactive and results-oriented Senior AI Engineer to join our telecoms and cloud team. This role focuses on designing developing and deploying AI/ML solutions that optimize telecom operations customer experience and business processes. You will play a key role in guiding architecture hands-on development and integration of AI models into production systems ensuring compliance with technical standards and best practices.

What Youll Do

- Define and design scalable AI/ML architectures using cloud-native and open-source tools.
- Lead end-to-end AI solution design: from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Build and optimize ML pipelines and CI/CD workflows to accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate with data scientists data engineers and telecom SMEs to integrate AI models into OSS/BSS and other systems.
- Apply Generative AI techniques (LLMs prompt engineering RAG) to real-world telecom use cases.
- Leverage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI services (Data Science Language Vision Generative AI).
- Ensure quality performance and maintainability of deployed AI/ML solutions.
- Act as technical mentor and reference for the AI engineering team.
- Participate in client workshops and technical discussions ensuring solutions align with business needs.

What Were Looking For

- 5 years of experience in AI/ML projects with real-world deployments.
- Strong coding skills in Python (plus: Java Scala or Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (OCI AWS Azure or GCP).
- Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow Kubeflow Airflow DVC).
- Experience integrating AI/ML models with real-time or batch data (Kafka Spark APIs).
- Strong knowledge of MLOps practices: CI/CD containers monitoring.
- Experience in telecom networking or large-scale data systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into structured executable solutions.
- Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related field.
