Job Summary

Job Title: Assistant Director of Admissions
Position Requires Relocation to Kuwait
The position accepts unaccompanied candidates only.

Reports To: Vice President of Enrollment
Location: Kuwait City Kuwait
Job Purpose
Lead and manage daily admissions activities to achieve enrollment targets and deliver an exceptional applicant experience. The Assistant Director ensures efficient operations strong team performance and effective collaboration across departments to meet institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise admissions staff and daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Manage recruitment activities locally and internationally to support enrollment growth.
- Oversee application review document processing and data accuracy in CRM systems.
- Analyze admissions metrics to improve conversion and applicant engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns aligned with enrollment objectives.
- Coordinate open houses orientations and recruitment events that strengthen AIUs visibility.
- Prepare admissions activity reports and data summaries for leadership review.
- Resolve escalated applicant issues and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills to manage staff and ensure efficient admissions operations.
- Ability to analyze data and utilize CRM systems to support strategic enrollment goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and student information platforms (e.g. Slate Banner or similar).
- Skilled in planning and executing recruitment events locally and internationally.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and handle confidential information.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred in Business Administration Higher Education or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of admissions or enrollment experience including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Prior experience using CRM and student information systems to manage applicant workflows.
- Experience coordinating recruitment outreach and admissions communication activities in a higher education environment.
