Job Summary
We are currently hiring on behalf of a premium restaurant group in Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced supervisors or assistant managers to step into a leadership role within a dynamic upscale dining environment.
Start date: ASAP
Contract: 2 years ( the project duration is initially 6 months with reallocation to other brands afterward. These could include premium upscale ongoing or fast-casual concepts)
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within premium or standalone upscale restaurants (not hotels)

Proven ability to lead and develop front-of-house teams

Strong understanding of service standards guest experience and daily operations

Previous GCC experience is mandatory

Valid passport (minimum 2 years remaining)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English

Must be ready to relocate and join immediately
Preferred Cuisine Experience:

Italian
-
American
-
Pan-Asian (Chinese Thai Vietnamese)
Salary Package: KWD 500 / month (approx. 1630 USD)
- Basic Salary: KWD 275
- Housing & Transportation: Either company-provided shared accommodation and shuttle service (optional) or a combined housing and transport allowance of KWD 175 KWD 50 depending on the employee s preference.
