How Youll Make an Impact
- Lead service projects from initiation to close-out ensuring scope schedule and budget alignment
- Define project plans and allocate tasks across internal and external teams
- Monitor progress and provide performance feedback to drive results
- Oversee project financials including invoicing cost control and cash flow
- Identify and manage risks while capturing lessons learned
- Support procurement and supplier negotiations in collaboration with Supply Chain
- Act as the key contact for customers and escalate project issues when needed
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies and promote a safe work environment
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience ideally in the energy sector
- Strong understanding of HV switchgear power transformers and substations
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English & French(optional)
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada
