We are seeking a Senior Service Designer to support service innovation program review and digital transformation initiatives. You will work within cross-functional teams using human-centred design agile practices and modern digital methods to design and improve end-to-end government services.
Tasks
- Lead service discovery research and design activities for digital transformation initiatives
- Apply human-centred design methods across end-to-end service journeys
- Conduct user and stakeholder research interviews and field studies
- Create service blueprints journey maps and process maps
- Facilitate co-design workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams
- Develop and test prototypes concepts and service designs
- Translate insights into user stories backlogs and design recommendations
- Support agile delivery through sprint planning backlog refinement and reviews
- Evaluate service performance and user experience across multiple channels
- Contribute to change management by supporting adoption of new services and processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Service Designer or in a similar service design role
- Strong expertise in human-centred design and service design methodologies
- Experience working on digital transformation or service modernization initiatives
- Hands-on experience conducting user research usability testing and service evaluations
- Ability to create journey maps service blueprints process maps and prototypes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex business and user needs into actionable design outputs
- Experience supporting change management and service adoption
- Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills
