Job Description

WHS OTR Coordinator will be responsible for provide safety guidance for On The Road (OTR) and partner with third party sites (DSPs) provide technical support to comply with local regulation and perform safety audits in order to enhance safety culture within our partners. Lead safety initiatives at DSPs participate on incident investigation analyze safety metrics create safety trainings and in collaboration with DSP/ Channel ACES and Learning team.
You will instruct and train Operations Leaders in Amazon safety policies and assist the DSP/ Channel team in influence safety standards at our partner sites. You will work to identify best practices and incorporate these standard methodologies into our standards to continuously improve the safety culture.


WHS OTR Coordinator responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all applicable Local Regulations in order to enhance safety culture within OTR activities in Last Mile operations.

- Monitor DSPs safety performance against published requirements in safety policies. For all deficiencies identify a plan for the site to implement and fix.

- Perform safety audits to be aligned with global local regulations in order to enhance safety culture within our partners.

- Deliver continuous improvement.

- Analyze safety metrics and review incident daily weekly and monthly incidents to discover trends to rationalize the allocation of appropriate resources to areas where the safety risk is highest.

- Perform frequent site safety audits to identify all non-compliance equipment and/or processes. Implement solutions to eliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury.

- Audit the workplace organization and Associate behaviors to ensure that training auditing and scoring methods are accurate and consistent.

- Perform and report incident investigation.


- Bachelors degree
- Customer-facing environment warehousing logistics or manufacturing experience;
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications;
- Experience with Excel;
- Basic English.

- Experience in logistics companies.
