Job Summary
Overview:
This role supports financial activities within the site readiness and regulatory operations team with a focus on contract management and budget oversight for clinical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for financial matters related to site activation and maintenance.
Collect review and track contracts and budget documents ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Assist with contract negotiation and budget management under supervision.
Maintain high-quality financial documentation ensuring audit readiness.
Update financial logs reports and tracking systems as needed.
Proactively escalate financial risks or issues to management.
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
University/College degree in business finance or life sciences.
Experience with contract management and budgeting in clinical research / pharmaceutical industries
Fluent English required; Spanish fluency is a plus.
Strong expertise with Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3x a week at sponsors office)
