Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- 20 hours/week with potential to scale to full-time (40 hours/week)
- Flexible schedule
- Monday Friday 10:00 AM2:00 PM PST
Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive content calendars and social media strategies
- Develop high-quality content including reels carousel posts and stories that maintain boutique aesthetic standards
- Manage posting schedules across multiple platforms (Instagram TikTok Facebook LinkedIn)
- Handle community engagement including responding to comments messages and inquiries promptly
- Conduct audience demographic research and competitor analysis
- Perform administrative tasks such as liking and commenting on target business posts
- Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential clients and conducting outreach via DMs
- Set up and manage new social media accounts for the agency
- Assist with digital product creation and automation setup using tools like MiniChat
- Provide strategic recommendations and proactive suggestions for campaign improvements
- Create and maintain organized workflows using project management tools like Asana or Notion
- Initially focused on agencys own social media presence expanding to manage multiple high-end client accounts
- Cross-platform management covering Instagram TikTok Facebook and LinkedIn
- Both strategic planning and hands-on execution responsibilities
- Potential expansion into broader digital marketing activities and lead generation support

- Proven experience in social media management with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality non-generic content

- Tech-savvy with familiarity in automation tools and social media management platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being proactive in communication
