Job Summary

Designation - Consultant - Public Procurement Expert

Qualification:

Full-time regular BE/ with 60% marks.
Or BE/BTech/Postgraduate with full-time regular MBA/PGDM/PGDBM/Masters/Diploma or equivalent in Business Management/Finance/Economics/Marketing from reputed institutes with 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
Preferred Educational Qualification: Diploma in Aviation.

Relevant Experience:

Minimum overall experience of 5 years with at least 3 years in public procurement under GFR CVC guidelines for state or central government/PSUs.
Experience leading large scale government projects in procurement of machinery civil works and services.

Responsibility Areas:

Assist in engagement of third parties/domain expert agencies for aviation development projects.
Assist in developing process for hiring individuals/subject matter experts.
Assist in bid process management until Lease/License Agreements are signed.
Prepare contracts RFPs ToRs MoUs and provide comments on external agreements.
Support tendering process organization of pre-bid meetings bid evaluation negotiations and selection of experts and agencies.
Prepare documents for state government approvals related to tenders contracts procurement.
Manage bid processes including preparing draft tender documents (RFQ RFP EOI).
Any other procurement-related tasks as assigned.
