Key Responsibilities

Give individuals with dementia top-notch nursing care including assessment care plan development execution and evaluation.

Providing patients with excellent caring nursing care making sure that their mental emotional and physical needs are satisfied with tact and understanding.

Collaborating with other medical specialists such as doctors therapists and support personnel to guarantee patients receive thorough and well-coordinated care.

Excellent critical thinking and clinical evaluation skills with an emphasis on person-centered care.

Adaptability flexibility and a positive outlook on opportunities and problems in dementia care.

Requirements

Nursing Qualifications (Essential)

Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Essential)

Prior experience caring for the elderly
