Senior Financial Manager Fruit Industry

Zeminwe Recruitment is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to manage the finance of a Commodities division. The successful candidate must hold a relevant financial degree and completed SAICA Articles with proven experience in international finance transactions foreign currency management and hedging.
What Were Looking For:
- A qualified finance professional (BCompt or equivalent) with completed SAICA Articles
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience including hedge accounting
- Proven expertise in international finance foreign currency management and hedging
- Strong command of Excel and financial systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus)
- Experience in multi-entity environments and cost accounting
- A natural leader with exceptional attention to detail analytical strength and the ability to thrive under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the finance team
- Manage treasury cashflow and foreign currency exposure
- Oversee creditors debtors and credit insurance
- Drive budgeting profitability analysis and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with SARB export/import documentation and hedge accounting standards
- Consolidate financials across entities and support audits
- Continuously improve financial systems and workflows
