Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily maintenance and cleanliness of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas.
  
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with a high level of service.
  
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed to ensure all areas are in excellent condition.
  
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality environment is preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
