Our client is a leading hospitality group in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
Strategy & P&L Leadership
Own full P&L for the portfolio; deliver revenue targets.
Translate the group strategy into annual operating plans and property-level budgets.
Lead cost discipline (labor utilities) and CapEx prioritization with clear ROI.
Multi-Property Operations
Set and enforce operating standards (SOPs) for Rooms F&B Events Front Office Housekeeping Engineering Security.
Run weekly performance reviews with General Managers; deploy task forces to underperforming assets.
Oversee preventive maintenance asset protection and refurbishment projects.
Guest Experience & Brand
Commercial & Revenue Optimization
Partner with Revenue Management/Marketing on pricing channel mix and demand generation.
Improve F&B profitability.
Scale ancillary revenue (recreation events experiences) with clear targets.
People & Culture
Build succession pipelines for GMs and department heads; champion learning hours per FTE.
Set workforce planning productivity benchmarks and incentive structures.
Foster an inclusive safety-first guest-obsessed culture.
Governance Risk & Safety

Requirements
Bachelor s in Hospitality/Business (MBA preferred).
8 10 years in hospitality operations with 5 years multi-property leadership (hotels/resorts/mixed-use).
Strong command of SOP design pre-opening/opening refurbishment and asset lifecycle.
Data-driven; fluent with PMS/POS/Revenue systems and operational dashboards.
Excellent leadership negotiation and stakeholder management; bilingual ability is advantageous.
