Responsibilities
Quality check at Agency office
Implement quality check (Call Agent/Customer site visit) on regular basis
Follow up preventive actions of assigned locations with respective stakeholders
Cooperate with stakeholders including Regional Head sales force and internal division to enhance sales quality.
Perform regular and ad hoc onsite visit at Agency office for quality check cover areas.
Delivery onsite visit report within required time frame. Proactive in proposed action to enhance sale quality.
Review sale process/procedure of Sale force at assigned locations following sale procedure standard and policies
Collaborate with Distribution Line 1A & respective department Head to identify actions to enhance sale quality.
Follow up with proposed action with respective stakeholders until it is implemented
Required Qualifications:
Insurance industry experience is preferred.
Excellent communication both verbally and in writing.
Understanding of business culture and behavior.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Results oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and projects.
