Job Summary

Our client is a top-notch consumer company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Develop the legal framework by defining the mandate organizational structure and priorities of the legal department in alignment with the companys overall business goals and growth plans.
Provide strategic legal counsel by offering proactive and commercially sound advice directly to the CEO leadership team and Board regarding key decisions corporate governance and regulatory updates.
Manage the legal department s budget and oversee the engagement and management of external law firms and legal consultants effectively.
Ensure strict compliance with all Vietnamese laws and regulations related to the production distribution licensing and trade of alcoholic beverages including Decree 105/2017/ND-CP and its amendments.
Lead the drafting review negotiation and execution of complex high-value commercial contracts including major partnerships joint ventures and strategic vendor agreements.
Develop and implement efficient scalable contract management policies tools and playbooks to support all business units.
Advise the CEO on labor law issues internal company policies and employment dispute resolutions.
Manage corporate secretarial functions ensuring compliance with enterprise law maintenance of corporate records and providing governance advice to the Board.
Oversee the administration of all corporate production distribution and import/export licenses ensuring timely applications renewals and compliance.
Review and approve all marketing materials advertising campaigns (digital and traditional) and brand communications to ensure adherence to strict alcohol advertising regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications required include a bachelor s degree in law or related fields fluency in English (all four skills) at least seven years of relevant legal experience preferably in the alcoholic beverage industry and strong knowledge of contract corporate law and regulatory compliance.
Essential skills include excellent written and verbal communication strong analytical and problem-solving abilities attention to detail ability to work independently and collaboratively a proactive results-oriented approach and excellent organizational and time management skills.
