Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Workday Analyst to manage and enhance our Workday HCM and Recruiting modules. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless system integration and optimal performance of HR technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Workday HCM and Recruiting functionalities to align with evolving business needs.
Collaborate across departments and with third-party vendors to integrate HRIS platforms with other enterprise systems improving data consistency and system interoperability.
Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery in accordance with established SLAs.
Lead end-to-end Workday projects including stakeholder engagement requirements gathering system configuration testing change management deployment and post-implementation review.
Work closely with Workday leads and business stakeholders to maintain a robust HRIS infrastructure that supports specialized technology integrations.
Utilize deep Workday expertise to optimize system usage and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Contribute to strategic cross-functional initiatives by implementing scalable system solutions that enhance employee experience and support organizational growth.
Resolve complex system issues escalated beyond Tier 1 support.
Assist with bulk data uploads transformations and Workday EIB processes.
Participate in planning and execution of Workday-related projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across functions.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of HR and Talent Acquisition processes systems and industry best practices.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Required Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in HR Technology including a minimum of 5 years configuring Workday HCM.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
Familiarity with Workday Questionnaires.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Strong technical and analytical capabilities to diagnose and resolve system issues.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving team goals.
Self-driven and capable of working independently.
Commitment to delivering high-quality reliable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Workday implementations and relevant certifications.
Proficiency in creating Workday reports.
