Required Skills:
Proven experience in a customer support role preferably in a live chat environment. Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues. Familiarity with customer service software and tools. Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work setting.
