Job Summary

  • Lead and support allied health teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered care
  • Oversee professional standards development and performance
  • Manage caseloads resources and service priorities
  • Monitor program outcomes and drive quality improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards
  • Foster collaboration across clinical teams and community partners
  • Recruit coach and retain top allied health talent
  • Represent allied health in strategic planning and stakeholder forums
  • Support innovation budget management and program growth

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree (preferred) in a regulated allied health profession (e.g. PT OT SLP Social Work Dietetics)
  • Registered and in good standing with relevant Ontario regulatory college
  • 7 years clinical experience including 3 years in leadership
  • Strong knowledge of Ontarios homecare system and community care models
  • Proven skills in program management quality improvement and operations
