Job Summary

What youll do: 

 

  • Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key decision makers at all levels.
  • Take a consultative approach to deeply understand client needs and business goals.
  • Provide strategic insights and analysis of dealer performance identifying opportunities for growth and recommending solutions that drive ROI.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and reports that influence outcomes and showcase value.
  • Partner with internal teams to design and execute end-to-end client solutions.
  • Track all client activity through CRM tools and manage a disciplined sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue growth and retention targets through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support clients with ongoing product updates training and feature adoption to maximise engagement.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for 

  • Previous experience in account management and B2B sales.
  • A proven track record in sales with consistent revenue delivery.
  • Understanding of dealership operations and the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of digital media and advertising.
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a solutions-based approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • A results-driven mindset and willingness to adapt to change
