What youll do:
- Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key decision makers at all levels.
- Take a consultative approach to deeply understand client needs and business goals.
- Provide strategic insights and analysis of dealer performance identifying opportunities for growth and recommending solutions that drive ROI.
- Deliver compelling presentations and reports that influence outcomes and showcase value.
- Partner with internal teams to design and execute end-to-end client solutions.
- Track all client activity through CRM tools and manage a disciplined sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed revenue growth and retention targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Support clients with ongoing product updates training and feature adoption to maximise engagement.
Qualifications :
What are we looking for
- Previous experience in account management and B2B sales.
- A proven track record in sales with consistent revenue delivery.
- Understanding of dealership operations and the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of digital media and advertising.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a solutions-based approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- A results-driven mindset and willingness to adapt to change
