Job Summary
At Stryker were driven to make healthcare better and were looking for two Territory Managers to join our Upper Extremities team in Adelaide South Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of strong-performing territories at a time when new product launches are set to be true game changers.
What youll do
As a Territory Manager youll:
Build and grow relationships with surgeons nurses and hospital staff across your territory
Provide clinical and technical support in theatre to ensure safe and effective product use
Promote and educate healthcare professionals on Strykers upper extremities portfolio
Develop and execute territory business plans and sales strategies to achieve targets
Manage existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities
Collaborate with your team and manager to share insights and drive growth
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform your strategy
Ensure accurate records of account activity stock levels and customer interactions
Who you are
Were seeking individuals with a strong sales mindset and drive to succeed. Ideally youll bring:
A proven track record of sales success and territory strategy or
The ambition competitiveness and coachability to grow quickly into the role
The ability to perform in high-pressure theatre environments and think on your feet
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive solutions-focused approach to challenges
