Job Summary
The Senior Manager Product - Trade Finance & Working Capital Management is a leadership role within Stanbic Bank Tanzanias Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Transaction Banking division. This position is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for our trade finance and working capital products to drive significant growth and revenue.
You will be the key product champion for all trade and working capital solutions including letters of credit guarantees supply chain finance and invoice discounting. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends customer needs and the competitive landscape to ensure our product offerings are relevant and market leading. You will also be responsible for fostering strong client relationships shaping product offerings and collaborating with sales and other internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to a diverse client base in Tanzania and across key economic corridors.
This role is a unique blend of product management strategy and business development. You will be accountable for achieving financial targets managing product-related risks and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the Transaction Banking business.
Qualifications :
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field is required. A masters degree is strongly preferred.

In transaction banking corporate banking or financial services with a specific focus on trade finance and working capital products.
