Overview
At Tonal were revolutionizing strength training with intelligent connected fitness products. As a Supply Chain Operations Program Manager you will be at the center of our efforts to improve product cost efficiency and elevate the customer experience. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and global supplier engagement with key partners in the US Mexico Taiwan and China.
Youll lead critical initiatives spanning cost reduction new product sourcing tooling acquisition and supply chain readiness for new product introductions (NPIs). This is a highly visible impact-driven role where youll help ensure we deliver premium high-performance products at scale.
What You Will Do
Lead and drive cross-functional initiatives focused on cost reduction and customer experience enhancement across Tonals hardware products.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies for new product introductions (NPIs) supporting procurement tooling development and ramp readiness.
Own quoting processes and cost management across components subassemblies and contract manufacturers.
Drive a global tooling strategy ensuring the right balance of cost lead time and capacity to support both current and future production needs.
Collaborate with Engineering Logistics and manufacturing partners to improve overall supply chain design to meet cost quality and delivery goals.
Serve as the key liaison for supplier readiness ensuring material availability aligns with program schedules and volume ramps.
Communicate program updates risks and mitigation strategies across teams and leadership ensuring transparency and alignment.
Who You Are
7 years of experience in supply chain operations sourcing or manufacturing for a hardware or consumer electronics company.
Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional programs with complex dependencies and tight deadlines.
Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Business or related field.
Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics including contract manufacturing commodity management and supplier development.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions across cost lead time and risk.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structure in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across functions and time zones.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support supplier engagement and program execution.
