Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and maintain reporting and KPI dashboards for market reviews ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
Knowledge Management: Assist in the identification of knowledge base (KB) articles from AMER / EMEA regions and support localization efforts to ensure global consistency.
Process Improvement: Review frequent incidents identify root causes and contribute to the development of new procedures and process documentation.
Market Roll-out Support: Provide support for new market roll-out activities including data preparation documentation and coordination with relevant teams and local IT team on the support activities. The intern will involve in consolidating the support activities across the roll-out progress over 2026.
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis on support tickets to identify patterns trends and recurring issues providing insights to improve service delivery.

Able to commit full time internship from Jan 2026 to Jun 2026
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
