Job Summary
On-site role in Giurgiu Romania at clients shipyard (naval industry).
Supervise HVAC construction stages of the vessel.
Prepare and plan HVAC works according to ship schedules.
Manage subcontractors in the HVAC field.
Ensure compliance with safety rules (PPE fire permits risk maps).
Perform daily inspections and verify compliance with drawings standards and customer requirements.
Monitor equipment delivery reception and installation.
Report progress weekly to management and propose schedule adjustments when needed.
Lead corrective actions in case of non-compliance.
Qualifications :
Senior Technician or Engineer with proven shipbuilding/repair experience (HVAC systems).
Strong knowledge of shipbuilding standards and techniques.
Experience in customer relations and site supervision.
Strong planning coordination and leadership skills.
Languages: English (advanced) French (optional).
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
