Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (1x office per week)
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team!
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Implement configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules;
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions;
- Provide technical & functional support across Employee Central Recruiting Onboarding Learning Performance & Goals Compensation Succession Planning and Time;
- Optimize HR workflows reporting and integrations to enhance efficiency;
- Work closely with HR IT and business teams to drive digital transformation.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support;
- Knowledge of HR processes compliance and best practices;
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration role-based permissions and reporting tools;
- Experience with SAP integrations APIs and middleware solutions (a plus);
- Fluency in Portuguese; fluency in English is a plus (written and spoken).
Complementary Requirements:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (highly preferred);
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP);
- Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions & integration.
