Job Summary

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (1x office per week)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team!

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Implement configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules;
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions;
Provide technical & functional support across Employee Central Recruiting Onboarding Learning Performance & Goals Compensation Succession Planning and Time;
Optimize HR workflows reporting and integrations to enhance efficiency;
Work closely with HR IT and business teams to drive digital transformation.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support;
Knowledge of HR processes compliance and best practices;
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration role-based permissions and reporting tools;
Experience with SAP integrations APIs and middleware solutions (a plus);
Fluency in Portuguese; fluency in English is a plus (written and spoken).

Complementary Requirements:

SAP SuccessFactors certification (highly preferred);
Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP);
Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions & integration.
