SAP Senior BRIM Consultant Converging Invoicing and Convergent Charging

Our client is a European IT service provider that offers consulting software development managed services IT security and AI solutions for regulated industries like telecommunications finance and logistics.

This role strenghtens the Billing capabilities in our SAP landscape.

The BRIM Consultant focuses primarily on Convergent Invoicing (CI) and optionally supports Convergent Charging (CC). This consultant will work closely with the TPO Billing and ensures stable compliant execution of Billing processes according to predefined designs.

The SAP team will be responsible for: Implementation & configuration Development & integration Stabilization & incident handling Testing & documentation Continuous delivery of SAP Finance & Billing services.

Were looking for a senior consultant with at least 4-7 years experience in BRIM CI and Converging Charging experience as a plus. This person must also have strong knowledge in FI-CA integration and strong English skills.

Tasks:

You must be proficient in:

Convergent Invoicing (CI)

• Configuration of provider contracts

• Handling and processing of billable items

• Repricing procedures

• Billing and invoicing life cycles

• Analysis of billing errors and inconsistencies

• Posting to FI-CA and understanding of downstream impacts

Convergent Charging (plus)

• Chrging plans and rate models

• Consumption item handling

• Basic understanding of rating logic

• Price model configuration and parameterization

FI-CA Integration

• Understanding of how CI posts into FI-CA

• Reconciliation of CI and FI-CA documents

• Open item processes influenced by Billing

S4HANA and tools

• BRIM components in S4HANA

• Fiori apps for billing and invoicing

• Monotoring tools such as BIT and Billing Order monitors

• Basic SQL knowledge for data review

Methods and Tools

• ABAP Unit

• ATC/static code checks

• Version control (Git) is a plus

• Strong documentation skills
