Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a frontline technical expert in a fast-paced technology-driven environment where your expertise directly impacts customer satisfaction and business growth. You ll be supporting customers across both ISP and MSP service offerings working with the latest Microsoft technologies and collaborating with a skilled technical team. This role offers excellent growth potential as the company plans to expand the technical support team to 2-3 specialists providing opportunities for career advancement and skill development in a supportive remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through company portal and emerging chat systems
- Manage and respond to customer emails and technical tickets using Autotask
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment including routers and network infrastructure
- Deliver comprehensive support across both ISP and MSP service portfolios
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure proper housekeeping of all support activities
- Provide professional phone and email support to customers
- Adapt to new tools and systems while following established procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 environment and ecosystem
- Strong foundation in networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols
- Hands-on experience configuring routers and network equipment
- Previous technical support or customer service experience in IT sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new toolsets and follow detailed instructions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work effectively in remote team environment
