We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setting and Business Assistant to support sales and marketing initiatives while keeping operations running smoothly. You ll spend most of your time connecting with HR leaders and business owners qualifying interest and securing discovery calls. When call volumes are lower you ll keep busy with marketing support and general administration tasks.
Appointment Setting and Business Assistant
Core focus: appointment setting
Cold call HR leaders and business owners in your target segments
Use provided scripts qualify interest and secure discovery calls directly into your calendar
Role-play testing may be included during interviews to assess objection handling and tone
Customer Engagement
Funnel inbound calls and messages to the right place
Provide clear information about services and next steps
Keep records tidy and current
Marketing and Admin Flexibility
Assist with monthly newsletters and basic podcast tasks
Help with simple video edits in CapCut and graphics in Canva
General admin support to stay fully utilized when call volumes are lower.
Proven experience in appointment setting telemarketing or a similar client-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confident phone presence
Ability to handle objections professionally and keep conversations engaging
Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva and CapCut (or willingness to learn)
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with CRM systems or record-keeping tools
