Job Description
Step into an exciting sales role where your expertise directly impacts people s spiritual journeys while driving business growth for an innovative faith-tech startup. As a Sales Representative you ll be converting warm pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in having their prayers delivered at sacred sites in Jerusalem. This isn t cold calling strangers - you ll be speaking with people who have submitted prayers and are expecting your call making your conversations more meaningful and conversion-focused. You ll be joining a company at the perfect growth stage with proven product-market fit and ambitious expansion plans that offer tremendous career advancement opportunities as they scale from one representative to a full sales team with management positions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted phone calls to warm leads who have already submitted prayers and provided contact information
- Present and sell subscription packages to pre-qualified prospects who understand the service value
- Convert interested leads into paying subscribers through consultative selling and relationship building
- Follow up strategically with prospects to address concerns and close sales effectively
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions outcomes and customer feedback in company systems
- Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas while earning attractive commission bonuses
- Collaborate with the growing team to share best practices and contribute to sales process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in telesales lead generation or phone-based sales roles
- Exceptional English communication skills with clear American-style accent and pronunciation
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and phone-based sales conversion techniques
- Comfortable and respectful when discussing faith-based and spiritual topics with Christian prospects
- Ability to work US business hours
- Self-motivated goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for commission-based earning potential
- Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly with diverse prospects
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred
- Genuine interest in faith-based services and understanding of Christian values and practices
