New Talent Integration Specialist (Celigo Developer)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist / Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for the implementation maintenance and optimization of integrations between key business systems primarily using Celigo . The focus is on ensuring seamless data flow between NetSuite (ERP) CRM HR and workforce management platforms as well as other critical applications.

Additionally this role will play a key part in leveraging business intelligence (BI) and analytics tools to derive insights from integrated data and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and deploy integrations between NetSuite CRM HR workforce management and other enterprise platforms using Celigo .
  

• Configure and maintain pre-built Celigo integration flows and customize them to meet specific business requirements.
  

• Troubleshoot integration errors identify root causes and implement solutions to ensure data integrity and system stability.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  

• Stay informed on Celigo platform updates new features and best practices to enhance integration solutions.
  

• Utilize BI and analytics tools (e.g. NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) Power BI Tableau) to analyze data from integrated systems.
  

• Develop dashboards reports and visualizations to provide insights into key business metrics such as sales performance inventory levels customer behavior and employee productivity.
  

• Identify trends patterns and anomalies in data to support strategic decision-making and process improvements.
  

• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and provide ad-hoc data analysis and support.
  

• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security standards for all integrated systems.
  

• Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information and maintain data integrity.
  

• Document integration processes and data flows to maintain system knowledge and facilitate troubleshooting.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in system integrations middleware or API development including 2 years of hands-on experience with Celigo .
  

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs JSON XML JavaScript Python or SQL.
  

• Celigo Expertise: Hands-on experience in mapping data flows managing error handling and optimizing Celigo integrations.
  

• Integration Platforms: Experience with Celigo Boomi MuleSoft or Workato for enterprise-level integrations.
  

• Business Intelligence: Familiarity with BI tools such as NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) Power BI or Tableau.
  

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify diagnose and resolve integration issues.
  

• Communication: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce Workday SAP Microsoft Dynamics or other enterprise applications.
  

• Knowledge of iPaaS platforms and cloud-based automation tools.
  

• Understanding of data warehousing ETL processes and API/web services.
  

• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript Python or SuiteScript.
