Key Responsibilities
Generate a strong pipeline through outbound calls emails and LinkedIn outreach.
Book and confirm discovery calls with qualified prospects.
Maintain and manage all activities contacts and deals in HubSpot CRM.
Qualify leads using defined criteria to ensure alignment with business needs.
Consistently meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in appointment setting lead generation or sales support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and basic KPI tracking.
Self-motivated target-driven and resilient when handling objections.
