Job Overview
You ll be the voice of a premium luxury fashion brand providing personalized customer support that reflects the high-end nature of the products and clientele. This role offers the opportunity to work with discerning customers purchasing luxury fashion items while providing white-glove service that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. You ll be instrumental in creating positive customer experiences that differentiate the brand in a competitive luxury e-commerce market with potential for growth into 24 7 operations as the business expands internationally.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls during business hours with professionalism and luxury brand standards
- Provide comprehensive support for order inquiries returns exchanges and general customer questions
- Navigate and utilize Shopify backend systems to process returns and manage customer accounts
- Follow established procedures and knowledge base to ensure consistent high-quality customer service
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to appropriate team members
- Maintain professional communication that reflects the premium positioning of the luxury brand
- Support international customers as the business expands to new markets
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center operations preferably in retail or luxury goods
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional friendly phone manner
- Familiarity with the Shopify platform and e-commerce operations strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures and protocols
- Understanding of luxury retail customer expectations and high-end service standards
- Comfortable working with international customers and diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience in handling customer concerns
