This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Modesto CA USA (Pacific time) with an hour unpaid break
Scope:
- Responsible for converting qualified leads to paying customers
- Work with warm leads generated through company marketing efforts
- Focus on deposit collection as primary success metric
- Potential for commission/bonus structure on top of base salary
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads through the company s CRM system
- Make outbound calls to qualified prospects and respond to inbound customer inquiries
- Send estimates and communicate with prospects via phone email and text messaging
- Nurture leads through the entire sales process from initial contact to deposit collection
- Schedule service appointments for customers
- Set up invoices and estimates for automotive services
- Close deals and secure customer deposits as the primary conversion metric
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recent sales experience
- Strong communication skills via phone email and text
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Tech-savvy with computer proficiency
- Experience in automotive industry preferred but not required
