Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Mondays to Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Modesto CA USA (Pacific time) with an hour unpaid break

Scope:

Responsible for converting qualified leads to paying customers
Work with warm leads generated through company marketing efforts
Focus on deposit collection as primary success metric
Potential for commission/bonus structure on top of base salary

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming leads through the company s CRM system
Make outbound calls to qualified prospects and respond to inbound customer inquiries
Send estimates and communicate with prospects via phone email and text messaging
Nurture leads through the entire sales process from initial contact to deposit collection
Schedule service appointments for customers
Set up invoices and estimates for automotive services
Close deals and secure customer deposits as the primary conversion metric
Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline

Requirements

At least 3 years of recent sales experience
Strong communication skills via phone email and text
Experience working with CRM systems
Tech-savvy with computer proficiency
Experience in automotive industry preferred but not required
