Job Description

Visa is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Manager to lead the development of infrastructure essential for sustainable growth in the CARCAM region (Central America and Caribbean). This role will focus on three core pillarsDigital Enablement Non-Card Expansion and Growth Productsto advance Visa ecosystem and support long-term regional success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills a deep understanding of emerging payment technologies and a passion for driving innovation in financial services. This position requires a blend of strategic vision and operational excellence to deliver impactful results across diverse markets.

 

Strategic Focus
- Build and scale the infrastructure required to support Visa sustainable growth across CARCAM.

- Align regional initiatives with Visa global strategy and local market dynamics.

- Lead initiatives that support Visa 2030 vision including financial inclusion and digital enablement.

 

Key Responsibilities

Pillar 1: Digital Enablement
- Drive adoption of tokenization technologies to secure digital transactions.

- Lead implementation of secure credential vaults such as Click to Pay.

- Promote advanced authentication solutions including Passkey to enhance user trust and security.

 

Pillar 2: Non-Card Expansion
- Expand Visa Accept and Visa Pay capabilities across the region.

- Develop and execute a compelling SMB value proposition tailored to local needs.

- Support the creation of a credit enablement ecosystem to unlock new payment flows and financial inclusion.

 

Pillar 3: Growth Products
- Champion emerging solutions like Agentic Commerce to redefine consumer experiences.

- Lead initiatives around Stablecoins ensuring readiness for digital asset integration and compliance.

 

Execution Excellence
- Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver on time and within scope.

- Monitor KPIs and success metrics adjusting strategies as needed.

- Ensure compliance with Visas security privacy and operational standards.

 

Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with financial institutions fintechs regulators and internal teams to drive adoption and alignment.

- Represent Visa in strategic discussions with partners across the CARCAM region.

- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress risks and opportunities.

 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.


Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in business Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
5 years of experience in digital payments infrastructure or product strategy.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs.
Deep understanding of tokenization authentication and digital payment technologies.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
