Job Description

Our Sales & Business Development team is the vital link between our customers and the business. As the face of the Intellihub brand we champion the customers voice build strong relationships and ensure seamless communication. Were also the team that brings new products and services to market helping our customers unlock value while driving growth for the business.


Qualifications :

Were looking for a dynamic and driven professional to take our new products and services to this role youll work hand-in-hand with our product development team to shape customer propositions and deliver go-to-market strategies that unlock growth in new segments.

With your sharp understanding of market dynamics customer needs and the competitive landscape youll be at the forefront of our innovation journey from piloting new ideas through to delivering contracted services. This is your chance to make a tangible impact driving growth while helping shape the future of our business. As part of your role you will; 

  • Spot and seize new business growth opportunities in emerging market segments.

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships understanding their needs and creating tailored solutions.

  • Work closely with our product team to shape go-to-market strategies and bring new products and services to life.

  • Lead sales initiatives from pitches and proposals to negotiations and closing deals to hit revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver seamless customer outcomes.

  • Track market trends competitors and KPIs to guide strategy and ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

  • Represent Intellihub at industry events and conferences strengthening our presence in the market.

  • Champion safety quality and continuous improvement across everything you do.

What youll bring

  • A strong commitment to health safety and continuous improvement.

  •  Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Solid technical knowledge of the markets youve operated in.

  • Ability to think strategically while executing operational plans and delivering outcomes.

  • High commercial acumen with expertise in negotiating and closing complex contracts.

  • Strong analytical skills and numerical capability.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with practical solutions.

  • Experience launching new products or services into market.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Energy sector or related industry experience highly regarded.
