Job Summary
As an Test Management & UAT Lead you will:
- Manage the overall test process and ensure successful execution across all phases.
- Create and execute detailed local test plans covering Integration System Integration Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Drive and oversee UAT including relevant integrations with local and global projects.
- Lead local teams for pre-UAT test phases (IT SIT FAT UAT).
- Support business stakeholders in creating test cases and scenarios for FAT and UAT.
- Monitor coverage progress and quality of testing activities providing structured reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-program global and UAT leads to ensure alignment on scenarios coverage and progress.
- Coordinate with global and local teams to prepare connectivity configuration and test data before testing begins.
- Plan and support local automation of test scenarios.
- Ensure UAT environments are operational through smoke testing and GIS alignment.
- Guide and support users during test execution including issue logging and resolution processes.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8-10 years of overall professional experience with 5 years of strong testing experience.
- Proven expertise in managing testing processes across multiple phases (Integration SIT FAT UAT).
- Strong background in test planning execution and reporting.
- Experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with test automation planning and execution.
You should possess the ability to:
- Lead and coordinate local teams through complex test cycles.
- Define plan and execute test strategies ensuring appropriate coverage.
- Engage effectively with business stakeholders test leads and global program managers.
- Anticipate identify and mitigate risks and issues during testing.
- Ensure readiness of test environments data and configurations.
- Provide clear and consistent progress updates to senior stakeholders.
