- Handle full-cycle recruitment efforts in Mexico & Colombia while creating collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter networking and other creative means to build a strong candidate pipeline and fill positions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS (SmartRecruiters) screen candidates and coordinate candidate interviews.
-Perform candidate close negotiation reference checks and document verification and onboarding
- Closely partner with the People Px and Ops team in seeking new ways to streamline our hiring processes and attract talent.
- Have an ability to work independently within a fast-paced team and is passionate about helping candidates transition into new careers at DocPlanner
- Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour. Introducing new hires to their team members. Providing new hires with manuals guidelines and passwords as needed. Detailing all new hires initial tasks and answering any queries.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (Economic/Admin)
- 4 years of experience working as an in-house recruiter with high volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with TA metrics / Devilering results with data
- 2 years experience working within an ATS.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Willing to work from our Mexico City office days per week.
- Soft Skills: Takes ownership ability to multitask and prioritize Adaptable flexible hands-on collaborative and willing to take on new challenges
