As they continue expanding in Mexico we are supporting their growth with the search for a UX Specialist to lead the user experience inside the YUPIX Arenas spaces where innovation is lived in first person.
Your mission
Ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless memorable and brand-aligned experience combining customer service and technical support with a proactive energetic attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between visitors and the YUPIX team.
- Lead the end-to-end customer experience inside the Arena.
- Provide technical support for VR headsets and immersive devices.
- Guide and assist visitors in calibrating and using the technology.
- Escalate incidents to the IT team when needed.
- Maintain the exhibition space visually appealing and aligned with the brand identity.
Who were looking for
- Experience or strong interest in technology innovation or immersive environments.
- 3 years in technical support or user experience roles.
- Basic knowledge of hardware networks and mobile devices.
- Enthusiastic attitude excellent communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
- High energy curiosity and strong service orientation.
- Advanced English.
Work arrangement
- Long-term freelance collaboration.
- Monthly payment in USD.
- Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday 10:0019:00.
