Job Summary

SAP Data Migration Consultant plans designs and executes the transfer of data from legacy systems to SAP S4HANA environments ensuring data quality integrity and seamless integration.

Support data migration workstreams for SAP S/4HANA implementations or brownfield/greenfield migrations.
Analyze legacy systems and map data objects to S/4HANA target structures.
Develop test and execute ETL processes using appropriate S/4HANA migration tools.
Work with business users functional consultants and technical teams to ensure data quality completeness and consistency.
Perform data cleansing validation enrichment and transformation.
Create and maintain data load templates mapping documents and validation reports.
Conduct data reconciliation and support data cutover activities.
Provide support during go-live and hyper care phases for data-related issues.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Qualifications :

56 years of experience in SAP Data Migration projects with at least 12 full-cycle S/4HANA data migration projects.
Strong expertise in the following S/4HANA migration tools:
- SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM)
- SAP Data Services (BODS)
- SAP Information Steward
- SAP SLT (optional for real-time replication)
Good understanding of S/4HANA data models (e.g. Business Partner Universal Journal MATDOC).
Experience in legacy system data extraction and transformation logic.
Proficiency in Excel SQL and scripting (e.g. ABAP or Python is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

SAP certification in Data Migration or S/4HANA is a plus.
Experience with non-SAP to SAP migration scenarios.
