Key Responsibilities
We currently support 70 management companies and investment firms with over 300 regular users. Your main mission will be to contribute daily to the commercial development of our RegTech and support existing clients in using the tool.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and following up on client requests via email and phone
- Escalating complex requests to the Dev team and tracking resolution to inform the client
- Training client users during onboarding and building long-term trust
- Following up on the sales process
- Creating client-facing materials to guide them in using the platform
Qualifications :
- Higher education degree (minimum Bac 2)
- Experience level: at least 2 years or a significant internship including initial experience in customer relations
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Persuasive comfortable in both spoken and written communication to support our clients
- Marketing and communication improvement ideas
- Active participation in tool improvement with the Dev team
